The Little Kids, Big Futures Fund powers Women United’s efforts to support early childhood education programs that help local children thrive in school and beyond.

Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Initiative
DIBI helps create a Women United community where every woman feels welcomed, valued, and connected by celebrating diverse cultures and perspectives and creating opportunities to learn from one another.
HUGS Initiative
HUGS brings Women United members together to provide hands-on support to a local school, project, or community. The current HUGS partnership supports the Early Learning Club and its young learners.
Membership – Age 36 & Under
Women United membership is $1,000 annually. Women age 36 and under may join at a reduced rate of $42 per month while enjoying full membership benefits. Members transition to the standard membership level at age 37.

Little Kids, Big Futures
In 2013, Women United's philanthropy committee organized the Little Kids, Big Futures philanthropy fund to provide early education grants to nonprofits in Lake County.
As of 2024, Women United has granted more than $1.6 million to community programs through the annual funding process directed by members. Learn more about our 2025 grantees.
