We’re excited to share that our Premier Leaders Event on May 29 was a tremendous success! Community and business leaders gathered at the Deer Path Inn in Lake Forest for an evening of connection, inspiration, and shared purpose in support of United Way of Lake County’s mission.
Thanks to the generosity of our attendees, sponsors, and supporters, we surpassed our fundraising goal—raising more than $255,000 to expand our vital work in the community. These funds will directly support local education initiatives that help prepare children for lifelong success, as well as our 211 helpline, which connects individuals and families to critical health and human services every day.
This outpouring of support fuels our efforts to remove barriers, open doors, and build a stronger Lake County for all. We're already putting these dollars to work—boosting early childhood education programs, expanding after-school support, and strengthening our safety net through 211.
