Breakfast Club is a before-school mentorship program for 8th graders that boosts academic skills, builds confidence, and prepares students for a successful transition to high school.
Breakfast Club is a great way to start the day! Each session begins with a brief icebreaker to spark conversation and help students engage one-on-one with their mentor. Afterward, mentors provide academic support tailored to each student’s needs.
Breakfast Club is offered in partnership with Robert Abbott Middle School in Waukegan and is proudly sponsored by Leaders United, United Way’s community-minded affinity group.
